dc.description.abstractТкаченко О.Л. Шляхи вдосконалення фінансового планування на підприємстві (за матеріалами ТОВ «Клімат-Сервіс»). Дипломна робота на здобуття кваліфікації бакалавра з менеджменту. Національний університет кораблебудування імені адмірала Макарова, Миколаїв, 2021. Дипломна робота присвячена удосконаленню фінансового планування на підприємстві. Розглянуті теоретичні аспекти фінансового планування на підприємстві; проаналізовано систему показників оцінки фінансового стану підприємства та методи фінансового планування та їх зміст; представлено структурну схему фінансового плану підприємства. Розкриті особливості роботи ТОВ «Клімат-Сервіс» та проведено аналіз його фінансового стану, в тому числі аналіз балансу підприємства, аналіз звіту про фінансові результати підприємства. Розроблено поточний фінансовий план підприємства ТОВ «Клімат-Сервіс». Запропоновано створення сучасної системи управління фінансами, заснованої на розробці і контролі виконання ієрархічної системи бюджетів підприємства. Запропоновано впровадження операційного аналізу фінансів підприємства ТОВ «Клімат-Сервіс».
dc.description.abstract1Tkachenko O. L. Ways of improvement of financial planning at the enterprise Graduate work for obtaining a bachelor's degree in management. National university of shipbuilding of a name of admiral Makarova, Nikolaev, 2021. The thesis is devoted financial planning improvement at the enterprise. The considered theoretical aspects of financial planning at the enterprise; the system of indicators of an estimation of a financial condition of the enterprise, methods of financial planning and their maintenance is analysed; the block diagramme of the financial plan of the enterprise is presented. The opened features of work of LLC "Climate-Service " also is carried out the analysis of its financial condition, including the analysis of balance of the enterprise, the analysis of the report on financial results, the analysis of liquidity and solvency of the enterprise. The current financial plan of the enterprise of LLC "Climate-Service" is developed. Creation of a modern control system by the finance based on working out and control of performance of hierarchical system of budgets of the enterprise Is offered. Introduction of the operational analysis of the finance of the enterprise of LLC "Climate-Service " is offered.
