| dc.description.abstract | Роботу присвячено питанню вивчення, структурування та оптимізації ресурсного забезпечення проєкту «Логістична система». Основною метою є розробка нового підходу до обліку й оптимального розподілу ресурсів, а також визначення необхідного ресурсного потенціалу в разі розширення або створення нового проєкту. Проведені дослідження базувалися на теоретичному аналізі наукової літератури таких напрямів, як загальна економічна теорія, системний аналіз, проєктний менеджмент і логістика. Для розв’язання поставленого завдання використовувалися методи дослідження операцій і теорії систем. Дослідження базуються на створенні логістичної системи в проєктній формі. Ресурсний потенціал проєкту «Логістична система» виокремлюється в мікрологістичну підсистему, паритетну підсистемам «джерело (постачальник)» матеріального потоку, «переміщувальна підсистема» та «стік (споживач)». Ініціацією формування або перетворення ресурсного потенціалу є керований матеріальний потік (з погляду аналізованої системи) із його якісними й кількісними показниками. У роботі вводиться визначення перетворюваних і неперетворюваних ресурсів проєкту «Логістична система» й уточняється їхня роль у створенні продукту проєкту. Наведені ієрархічні схеми ресурсів проєкту «Логістична система» з потужним і напруженим потоками, де визначається вплив матеріального потоку на перетворювані та неперетворювані ресурси. Оскільки в логістичній системі, що найбільше впливає на продукт, є «переміщувальна» підсистема, то в роботі уточнюється поняття транспортної інфраструктури переміщувального модуля проєкту «Логістична система» та наводиться його класифікація. Вводиться поняття варіанта розподілу перетворюваних ресурсів у кінцевих вузлах, переміщувальній підсистемі й логістичній системі. Наведені варіанти відрізняються масштабом зміни ресурсів. Для розв’язання завдання розподілу перетворюваних фінансових ресурсів запропоновано модель розподілу зусиль (модель динамічного програмування) з урахуванням необхідних обмежень за обсягом перетворюваного матеріального потоку і вимог кінцевого споживача до параметрів продукту проєкту. Практична значущість розробок полягає в можливості подальшого використання теоретичних обґрунтувань для формування оптимальної стратегії управління ресурсного потенціалу проєкту. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract1 | The work is devoted to the issue of studying, structuring, and optimizing the resource provision of the Logistic System project. The main goal is to develop a new approach to accounting and optimal allocation of resources, as well as, in the case of expansion or creation of a new project, to determine the required resource potential. The research carried out was based on a theoretical analysis of scientific literature in such areas as: general economic theory, systems analysis, project management and logistics. In order to solve the problem, the methods of operations research and systems theory have been used. The research is based on the creation of a logistics system in a project form. The resource potential of the Logistic System project is allocated into a micro-logistic subsystem equal to such subsystems as: a “source (supplier)” of material flow, a “moving subsystem”, and a “sink point (consumer)”. The initiation of the formation or transformation of resource potential is a controlled material flow (from the point of view of the system under consideration) with its qualitative and quantitative indicators. For the first time, the paper introduces the definitions of convertible and non-convertible resources of the Logistic System project and clarifies their role in the creation of the project product. Hierarchical schemes of the resources of the Logistic System project with powerful and intense flows, where the influence of the material flow on transformable and non-transformable resources is determined, has been given. Since in the logistics system, the most affecting the product is the “moving” subsystem, the work clarifies the concept of the transport infrastructure of the moving module of the Logistic System project and provides its classification. The concept of a distribution variant for the transformable resources at the end nodes, the moving subsystem and the logistics system has been introduced. The listed options differ in the scale of the resource changes. In order to solve the problem of distributing the transformable financial resources, a model of distribution of efforts (a dynamic programming model), taking into account the necessary restrictions on the converted material flow volume and the requirements of the end consumer to the parameters of the project product, has been proposed. The practical significance of the developments lies in the possibility of further use of theoretical justifications in the formation of an optimal strategy for managing the project resource potential. | uk_UA |
