| dc.description.abstract | Актуальність теми дослідження. Зважаючи на розвиток і ускладнення світових господарських зв’язків та торгово-економічної взаємодії держав, умови і перспективи міжнародного співробітництва набувають особливої актуальності. На сучасному етапі і Україна, і Австралія виступають активними учасниками міжнародних торгових відносин. Торгівля між країнами вважається найважливішою і ключовою формою міжнародних відносин. Народи світу активно вели торгівлю продукцією, іншими словами обмінювали товари, що були в надлишку, на товари, які потребували, ще задовго до того, як сформувалося світове господарство. Саме з цієї причини торгівля між країнами стала поштовхом в побудові світового господарства. Зі століття в століття зовнішня торгівля завжди була і залишалася основою міжнародних економічних відносин, оскільки зростання зв’язків між країнами формувало міжнародного поділу праці, і веде до з’єднання всіх країн в згуртоване господарське ціле, а Україна бере активну участь в міжнародній торгівлі. Наукові здобутки в дослідженні теоретичних основ торговельно-економічних відносин мають такі вчені: Дергачова В. В., яка дослідила сутність та детермінанти нестабільного розвитку світової економіки в контексті досягнення рівноважного зростання, Прокушов Є. Ф., який проаналізував в усіх теоретичних аспектах зовнішньоекономічну діяльність країни, Кадочников П. А., який проаналізував відкритість економіки як джерело економічного зростання, Мойсей В. І., який проаналізував функціональну роль міжнародної торгівлі в умовах глобалізації, Пахуча Е. В., яка проаналізувала місце і розвиток міжнародної торгівлі в системі міжнародних економічних відносин. Разом з тим, зовнішня торгівля надає великі можливості для становлення економіки та її розвитку, накопичення бюджету країни, допомагає зберегти й примножити добробут нації, що обумовлює актуальність обраної теми. Також, зовнішня торгівля сприяє перерозподілу матеріальних благ на міждержавному рівні, сприяючи цим процесу формування товарно-грошових відносин, під посиленим впливом контактів із зовнішнім ринком. Її розвиток в Україні є актуальною проблемою в контексті програми інтеграції зі світовою торгівлею, з розвиненими країнами, в тому числі з Австралією. Метою роботи є узагальнення теоретичного підґрунтя щодо здійснення і комплексне дослідження торговельно-економічних відносин України та Австралії, розробка рекомендацій щодо поліпшення зв’язків в даній сфері. Відповідно до мети, були поставлені такі завдання: проаналізувати поняття зовнішніх торговельно-економічних відносин; визначити місце зовнішньої торгівлі в системі міжнародних економічних відносин; описати характерні риси розвитку світових зовнішньоекономічних зв’язків; проаналізувати сучасні тенденції розвитку зовнішньоекономічних зв’язків; здійснити дослідження способів та напрямків міжнародної співпраці України та Австралії; розглянути значення торговельно-економічних показників міжнародної співпраці України та Австралії; окреслити перспективи розширення експортно-імпортних відносин України та Австралії; запропонувати заходи щодо збільшення прямих іноземних інвестицій з Австралії до України; визначити напрямки розширення співпраці України та Австралії в сфері торговельно-економічних відносин. Об’єктом роботи є торговельно-економічні відносини між країнами як однієї з форм міжнародних економічних відносин. Предметом роботи є сукупність теоретичних положень та практичних рекомендацій щодо реалізації та розвитку торговельно-економічних відносин між Україною і Австралією. Методологія дослідження базується на спеціальних та загально-наукових методах. Серед них: аналіз, синтез, індукція, дедукція, порівняння, графічний, табличний методи, аналогія, формалізація, монографічний метод, метод прогнозування, позитивний та нормативний методи, метод експертних оцінок, метод SWOT-аналізу, аналізу сценаріїв, контент-аналізу. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у вдосконаленні механізму вибору напрямку подальшого розвитку взаємовідносин між країнами з декількох можливих варіантів на основі попереднього аналізу та із застосуванням методу аналізу сценаріїв, в результаті чого за критерієм найбільшого сприяння інтересам обох держав обирається найефективніший варіант, оптимальний для поточного рівня взаємовідносин і можливостей країн на даний момент часу, що дозволить сформувати систему конкретних заходів для підвищення активності і результативності торгових взаємовідносин. Інформаційною базою дослідження виступили статті науковців та практиків, аналітичні та інформаційні матеріали спеціалізованих інформаційних агентств і служб, матеріали статистичних видань Державної служби статистики України, Світового банку. Практична значимість проведеного дослідження полягає в розробці рекомендацій щодо механізму вибору системи заходів покращення показників зовнішньоторговельного обороту та розбудови торгового співробітництва двох країн, підвищення взаємної інвестиційної активності, які можуть бути використані компетентними органами в плануванні міжнародних економічних відносин. Апробація результатів роботи. За результатами роботи опубліковано статтю в журналі «Економіст» № 12, 2021. Структура та обсяг роботи. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів (дев’яти підрозділів), висновків, списку використаних джерел, який складається з 51 найменування. Робота містить 10 рисунків, 5 таблиць. The peoples of the world actively traded in products, in other words, exchanged surplus goods for goods they needed, long before the world economy was formed. It is for this reason that trade between countries has given impetus to the construction of the world economy. From century to century, foreign trade has always been and remains the basis of international economic relations, as the growth of ties between countries has shaped the international division of labor, leading to the unification of all countries, and Ukraine is actively involved in international trade. The following scientists have scientific achievements in the study of the theoretical foundations of trade and economic relations: Dergachova VV, who studied the nature and determinants of unstable development of the world economy in the context of achieving balanced growth, Prokushov EF, who analyzed in all theoretical aspects of foreign economic activity , Kadochnikov PA, who analyzed the openness of the economy as a source of economic growth, Moses VI, who analyzed the functional role of international trade in globalization, Pakhucha EV, who analyzed the place and development of international trade in international economic relations . At the same time, foreign trade provides great opportunities for the formation of the economy and its development, the accumulation of the country's budget, helps to preserve and increase the welfare of the nation, which determines the relevance of the chosen topic. Also, foreign trade contributes to the redistribution of material goods at the interstate level, thus facilitating the process of formation of commodity-money relations, under the increased influence of contacts with the foreign market. Its development in Ukraine is an urgent problem in the context of the program of integration with world trade, with developed countries, including Australia. The aim of the work is to generalize the theoretical basis for the implementation and comprehensive study of trade and economic relations between Ukraine and Australia, to develop recommendations for improving relations in this area. According to the goal, the following tasks were set: to analyze the concept of foreign trade and economic relations; to determine the place of foreign trade in the system of international economic relations; describe the characteristics of the development of world foreign economic relations; to analyze current trends in the development of foreign economic relations; to study the ways and directions of international cooperation between Ukraine and Australia; consider the importance of trade and economic indicators of international cooperation between Ukraine and Australia; outline the prospects for expanding export-import relations between Ukraine and Australia; propose measures to increase foreign direct investment from Australia to Ukraine; to determine the directions of expanding cooperation between Ukraine and Australia in the field of trade and economic relations. The object of work is trade and economic relations between countries as one of the forms of international economic relations. The subject of work is a set of theoretical provisions and practical recommendations for the implementation and development of trade and economic relations between Ukraine and Australia. The research methodology is based on special and general scientific methods. Among them: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, graphical, tabular methods, analogy, formalization, monographic method, forecasting method, positive and normative methods, expert evaluation method, SWOT analysis method, scenario analysis, content analysis. The scientific novelty of the work is to improve the mechanism for choosing the direction of further development of relations between countries from several possible options based on preliminary analysis and using the method of scenario analysis, resulting in the most effective countries at the moment, which will form a system of specific measures to increase the activity and effectiveness of trade relations. The information base of the study was articles by scientists and practitioners, analytical and information materials of specialized news agencies and services, materials of statistical publications of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the World Bank. The practical significance of the study is to develop recommendations on the mechanism for choosing a system of measures to improve foreign trade turnover and develop trade cooperation between the two countries, increase mutual investment activity, which can be used by competent authorities in planning international economic relations. Approbation of work results. According to the results of the work, an article was published in the magazine "Economist" № 12, 2021 Structure and scope of work. The qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters (nine subsections), a conclusion, a list of sources used, which consists of 51 titles. The work contains 10 figures, 5 tables.
