| dc.description.abstract | Актуальність теми роботи. Розвиток економіки кожної країни багато в чому зумовлений розвитком авіаційної галузі. Вона задіяна в багатьох сферах життя і економіки: перевезення пасажирів і вантажів, сільськогосподарські роботи, створення робочих місць в середині галузі і суміжних галузях, розвиток технологій, підґрунтя для існування і розвитку дотичних сфер. Глобалізація світової економіки та розвиток міжнародних відносин України, зростання попиту на швидке перевезення вантажів та зручне транспортне сполучення стимулюють розвиток авіаційних перевезень. Україна належить до небагатьох країн світу, що мають повний цикл розробки та виробництва авіаційної техніки, і займає провідне місце в секторі транспортної авіації світового ринку перевезень. Авіабудування в Україні є надзвичайно перспективним для розвитку національної економіки, бо належить до високотехнологічних галузей і її розвиток визначає можливість переходу до нового технологічного укладу і справляє істотний вплив на модернізацію економіки в цілому Теоретичні основи розвитку авіаційної галузі як однієї з ключових для економіки України досліджено в роботах таких науковців як: М.М. Бірюкова, В.Н. Денисова, М.М. Гнатовського, І.А. Грицяка, Л.М. Ентіна, А.Я. Капустіна, Б.М. Топорніна, О.В. Кресіна, М.Ю. Григорака, М.В. Новикової, В.Г. Пилипчука, Р.А. Калюжного, В.М. Брижка, В.Ф. Опришка, Л.Д. Тимченка, А.О. Четверікова, Ю.С. Шемшученка та інших. Разом з тим залишається невирішеним питання практичної реалізації концепції інтеграції авіагалузі України в транспортну систему ЄС, що зумовило вибір теми кваліфікаційної роботи. Мета і завдання роботи. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у вивченні та обґрунтуванні теоретичних засад та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо визначення напрямів розвитку української авіаційної галузі в контексті інтеграції України до європейського повітряного простору та приєднання до авіаційної мережі ЄС. Завдання дослідження полягають в наступному: − проаналізувати теоретичні основи економіки авіаційної галузі та її складових; визначити її особливості та значення в системі національної економіки; − охарактеризувати систему державної підтримки розвитку авіаційної галузі; − дослідити стан світового авіаринку та особливостей розвитку авіаційної галузі в Європейському Союзі; − дати оцінку переваг та недоліків розвитку авіаційної галузі в Україні; − проаналізувати співробітництво України і ЄС в розвитку авіаційній галузі; − оцінити перспективи розвитку та визначити напрями піднесення авіаційної галузі; − розробити концепцію інтеграції України до загальноєвропейської авіатранспортної системи. Об’єктом дослідження виступає процес формування та реалізації заходів розвитку авіаційної галузі України. Предметом дослідження є система аналітичного інструментарію удосконалення діяльності авіаційної галузі України та інтеграції її в загальноєвропейську систему. Методи дослідження. В роботі використані загальнонаукові методи дослідження. Перший з них – системний аналіз був використаний при дослідженні економічної системи авіаційної галузі та її складових. Другий, статистичний та структурний – для оцінки стану та динаміки розвитку авіаційної мережі України та ЄС. Методи економіко-математичного аналізу застосовувалися для визначення індексу порівняльних переваг RCA. Якісний аналіз – для оцінювання сприяння співробітництва України і ЄС в авіаційній галузі. Інформаційною базою для написання кваліфікаційної роботи послужили навчальні посібники, наукові праці, монографічні дослідження вітчизняних та зарубіжних вчених, публікації міжнародних організацій, внутрішні корпоративні документи підприємства, а також електронні ресурси. Структура і обсяг роботи. Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків. Загальний обсяг роботи складає 90 сторінок, містить список використаних джерел із 65 найменувань. Робота ілюстрована 14 рисунками та містить 13 таблиць. У першому розділі узагальнені теоретичні основи розвитку авіаційної галузі, визначена її роль та місце в економіці. У другому розділі аналізуються особливості розвитку авіаційної галузі України та країн ЄС; здійснено комплексний аналіз щодо конкурентоспроможності авіаційної галузі України. У третьому розділі визначено основні проблеми розвитку авіаційної галузі в Україні та на основі проведеного аналізу сформовано загальні рекомендації щодо сприяння розвитку авіаційної галузі та перспектив розвитку в умовах співпраці ЄС та України. | uk_UA |
| dc.description.abstract1 | Relevance of the topic of work. The development of each country's economy is largely due to the development of the aviation industry. It is involved in many areas of life and economy: transportation of passengers and goods, agricultural work, job creation in the industry and related industries, technology development, the basis for the existence and development of related areas. The globalization of the world economy and the development of Ukraine's international relations, the growing demand for fast cargo transportation and convenient transport connections stimulate the development of air transportation. Ukraine is one of the few countries in the world that has a full cycle of development and production of aircraft, and occupies a leading position in the transport aviation sector of the world transportation market. Aircraft construction in Ukraine is extremely promising for the development of the national economy, because it belongs to the high-tech industries and its development determines the possibility of transition to a new technological system and has a significant impact on the modernization of the economy as a whole. Theoretical bases of development of aviation branch as one of key for economy of Ukraine are investigated in works of such scientists as: М.М. Biryukova, VN Денисова, М.М. Gnatovsky, IA Грицяка, Л.М. Entina, A.Ya. Kapustina, BM Topornina, OV Kresina, M.Yu. Григорака, М.В. Novikova, VG Pilipchuk, R.A. Kalyuzhnogo, VM Брижка, В.Ф. Опришка, Л.Д. Timchenko, A.O. Chetverikova, Yu.S. Shemshuchenko and others. At the same time, the issue of practical implementation of the concept of integration of the Ukrainian aviation industry into the EU transport system remains unresolved, which led to the choice of the topic of qualification work. The purpose and objectives of the work. The purpose of the qualification work is to study and substantiate the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for determining the development of the Ukrainian aviation industry in the context of Ukraine's integration into European airspace and joining the EU aviation network. The objectives of thestudy are as follows: − analyze the theoretical foundations of the economics of the aviation industry and its components; to determine its features and significance in the system of national economy; − describe the system of state support for the development of the aviation industry; − to study the state of the world aviation market and the peculiarities of the development of the aviation industry in the European Union; − assess the advantages and disadvantages of the aviation industry in Ukraine; − to analyze the cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the development of the aviation industry; − assess the prospects for development and identify areas for improvement of the aviation industry; − develop a concept of Ukraine's integration into the European air transport system. The object of research is the process of formation and implementation of measures for the development of the aviation industry of Ukraine. The subject of the research is the system of analytical tools for improving the aviation industry of Ukraine and its integration into the European system. Research methods. General scientific research methods are used in the work. The first of them – systems analysis was used in the study of the economic system of the aviation industry and its components. The second, statistical and structural - to assess the state and dynamics of the aviation network of Ukraine and the EU. Methods of economic and mathematical analysis were used to determine the index of comparative advantages of RCA. Qualitative analysis – to assess the promotion of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the aviation industry. The information base for writing the qualification work were textbooks, research papers, monographs of domestic and foreign scientists, publications of international organizations, internal corporate documents of the company, as well as electronic resources Structure and scope of work. Qualification work consists of an introduction, three sections, conclusions, a list of sources and appendices. The total volume of the work is 90 pages, contains a list of used sources from 65 items. The work is illustrated with 14 figures and contains 13 tables. The first section summarizes the theoretical foundations of the aviation industry, defines its role and place in the economy. The second section analyzes the peculiarities of the development of the aviation industry of Ukraine and the EU; a comprehensive analysis of the competitiveness of the aviation industry of Ukraine.
